Welcome to the 2021 Cookie Program My Sale Request Portal.

What are My Sale Booths?
My Sale Booths are booth sales organized in partnership with local retailers NOT listed as a Council Booth Partner (listed below). My Sale Booths can be run as a My Family Sale or a My Troop Sale. Troops and families may NOT set up agreements with retailers until 11/14/2020 or after.

A My Family Sale is a booth sale with Girl Scouts from one family selling together. These booths can be held starting 1/15/2021 At least one Girl Scout & one adult must be present at a My Family Sale. COVID-19 Restriction: No more than 2 adults and 3 Girl Scouts from the same household are permitted at a My Family Booth sale.

A My Troop Sale is a booth sale with Girl Scouts from a troop or group selling together. These booths can be held starting 1/29/2021. A minimum of two Girl Scouts and two registered adults, one of whom must have a background check on file and be authorized to handle troop funds must be present at a My Troop Sale. COVID-19 Restriction: No more than 2 adults and 2 Girl Scouts from two different household are permitted at a My Family Booth sale. In the instance that siblings are members of the same troop, two Girl Scout sisters from the same troop can sell together along with one additional Girl Scout from the same troop for a total of 3 Girl Scouts.

All My Sales must be approved in eBudde, unless being held on the parent/guardian’s personal, residential property (home). Booth sales at schools, public parks, on sidewalks, etc., must have approval from the appropriate officials or property owners. GSNETX is not responsible for overbooking. You are responsible for verifying with the manager, your TCM and SU CPC that there are no other booth sales going on at the same time to prevent duplicates. Should duplicate booths be approved, the troop whose booth sales was approved first in eBudde will be permitted to sell.

Examples: bars, liquor stores, gun stores, smoke shops, etc.

What time of day can My Sale Booths be held?
All booth sales held Monday through Saturday must conclude by 8:00 p.m. Booth sales held on Sundays must conclude by 6:00 p.m.

What is the process to set up a My Sale Booth?
1. Identify a store, restaurant or location that you can ask to partner with you to sell Girl Scout cookies. Don’t forget, this cannot be a Council Booth Partner!
2. Contact the manager or representative who has the authority to give you permission to schedule a booth sale with their location. Explain that you are asking for approval to sell Girl Scout cookies at their location and what dates and times you are most interested in.
3. Complete the My Sale Request Form with all of the location information as well as the dates and times of the booths that have been approved and the manager’s signature.
4. Provide your Troop Cookie Manager with a copy of the signed form at least 48 hours prior to the booth sale so that he/she can enter the request in the My Sale Portal and in eBudde, the software we use to manage our Cookie Program.
5. The SU CPC will review the My Sale Request information, confirm that there is not already a booth approved at that location for the same date and time, and approve if it meets all requirements. Once approved, eBudde will send an email to the TCM through the system with a notification of a change in the booth’s status.

Complete the fields below for the My Sale Request that you are seeking approval for. You must submit a request for each date and time you are seeking approval for at the same location. I.e. if you received permission from a restaurant manager to host a My Sale booth on 1/15 from 6-8 p.m. and 1/16 from 4-8 p.m., you must submit this request twice, once for 1/15 and again for 1/16 so that the booth opportunities will appear correctly in our system.

After entering the My Sale Request information in this form, also enter the information in eBudde on the Booth Sites tab.
